Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation protocols, addressing issues promptly to maintain a seamless experience for guests.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented team environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, offer coaching, and motivate the team to deliver top-notch service and achieve sales targets.
- Guest Experience
- Engage directly with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, handle feedback, and continually enhance the dining experience.
- Financial Management
- Oversee budgets, manage costs for labor, food, and inventory, and analyze sales data to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on revenue strategies, promotions, and menu adjustments to achieve financial goals.
- Inventory & Vendor Management
- Maintain and monitor inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors for quality and pricing.
- Conduct inventory checks and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
- Marketing & Community Engagement
- Collaborate with marketing on initiatives, special events, and social media engagement to boost visibility and sales.
- Build brand awareness within the community, representing the restaurant in local events and promotions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a restaurant management role within a high-volume or fine dining environment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on staff development.
- Customer Service: Dedication to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiar with POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
