Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender with a passion for mixology and customer service? Key Responsibilities:

1. Drink Preparation & Service

• Prepare and serve a range of beverages—both classic and custom cocktails—according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation to maintain our high standards.

2. Customer Interaction & Experience

• Greet guests warmly and engage with them in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Take orders, offer recommendations, and create a welcoming environment that encourages return visits.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Manage stock levels for liquors, mixers, garnishes, and supplies, assisting with restocking and tracking.
• Report inventory needs, shortages, or discrepancies to the Bar Manager.

4. Cash Handling & POS Operation

• Accurately process transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly, balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.

5. Cleanliness & Compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and follow all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all bar tools and glassware are sanitized and comply with local laws for age verification and alcohol service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous bartending experience preferred; mixology training is a plus.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of cocktails, wines, beers, and liquors.
• Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
